Under normal circumstances, all goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.
Invoicing
We provide an invoice with all orders, goods may only be delivered
to the card holders address. Therefore, if the item is a gift you
need to send a separate email requesting the invoice
to be sent separately……
Vat
All prices shown on this site are inclusive of VAT – the only additional
charge is for delivery which will be added to your order at the
point of checkout
Duties & Tax
The purchaser is responsible for any/all duties and/or taxes
levied at the point of the destination country.

Option A : Economy 3 Day Service
Option B : Next Day Service
Where possible, all orders received before 2:00 PM GMT
will be despatched the same day. All orders received after 2:00 PM
will despatched the following day, Monday-Thursday.
Orders received on a Friday will be dispatched no later than Monday
of the following week. In extenuating circumstances where we are
unable to make a delivery, the customer will be notified via email.
All orders are delivered by courier service and will require signing for
upon delivery. Orders cannot be delivered to any address other than
that of purchaser / card holder.
All orders are dispatched on a 2/3 day service, a next day service is
available at an additional cost and you may choose which method
you prefer at our online checkout.

A RETURNS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be obtained from our
customer service department and is required for ALL returns.
GT-Gameulator reserves the right to return any merchandise
without a valid authorization number.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging.
All components, manuals and accessories must be included.
GT-Gameulator inspects all returns and reserves the right to
return merchandise that does not meet the criteria.
Gameulator - Returns Procedure
To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number within 14 days of

Description Of Item Being Returned
Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging and that
all components, manuals, baseball cap, and accessories are included.
Products must be accompanied by the original packaging in unused
condition. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be
accepted. For your protection, please insure the goods you are returning
and we advise you use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS
or TNT.

Return the merchandise within 14 days of the purchase date.
Print the RAN clearly on the outside of the package.
PACKAGES WITHOUT A RAN WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Credit payments will be issued after our warehouse receives,
inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card
company determines when the issued credit will be reflected
in your statement.....Please allow one to two billing cycles.

part to be returned.
Damages will not be accepted after the 14 day period.

governed by English Law.
Any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be
subject to the Law and Courts of Jurisdiction to English
